Biography

I am excited to be joining the Menlo family as an administrator after many years of being in the classroom. I was born and raised in the Bay Area, only leaving temporarily to earn my Bachelors in Communications, with an emphasis in TV and Film, from CSU Fullerton. Although I loved being only 15 minutes away from Disneyland, where I spent most of my days, my heart belonged to the Bay Area and promptly returned home 3 days after graduation. Since then I have worked in 2nd grade, 5th grade and middle school classrooms, as well as worked as a guest teaching artist all around the Bay Area focusing primarily on sharing my passion for dance and the performing arts with young artists.

Outside of traditional working hours, I can be found directing and performing with several local community theaters and in the little free time I have, I am usually either out trying new restaurants with my husband or at home snuggling with our two purrrrfect cats.

Menlo has already opened its warm heart to me, and I look forward to this new chapter in my life.
