This issue, “The Transformative Power of Teams,” spans February through June 2024.

It examines the role that teams have on character development and key skills like collaboration, communication, and problem-solving, while also highlighting life lessons—strength in unity, shared accomplishments, and the value of diverse perspectives. Most importantly, being part of a team builds character and resilience and connects us to something larger than ourselves. This issue explores the impact of teams across our students’ lives—whether in the arts, academics, or athletics, teams are a throughline of the Menlo experience.
